He has extensive property management experience and has, for the past twenty five years, managed over 11,000 units of market rate, subsidized, tax credit, student & luxury rental housing, as well as condominium association management.
Kevin has served as President of the Columbus Apartment Association, on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Apartment Association and has been a member of both the Columbus and Honolulu chapters of the Young President's Organization. Outside of the office, he likes to spend time with his family, sail and snow ski. |

Janet came to Hawaii as a child when her father was stationed in Oahu; and although traveled abroad for her education and career, she knew she would return to the tropical paradise that she calls home. Before joining Malama Realty, Janet worked as a real estate agent for Century 21 All Islands in Kailua as well as liaison for several government contracts within the state of Hawaii. Along with her duties as a real estate agent, Janet is also a Property Manager; specializing in the beautiful Ko’Olina Resort on the Leeward side of Oahu. |

Mike was born and raised in Germany, and came to Hawaii 10 years ago. Initially using his degrees in Business and aeronautics as a helicopter pilot, engineer and business owner, he later became a real estate investor. Mike currently concentrates on residential sales and property management. He manages a portfolio of properties ranging from apartments to a beach front Estate.
